Andrew Rodriguez

Andrew Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Andrew worked at Kemper since 2020, starting as a Manager in P&C Portfolio Management and then transitioning to Chief of Staff to P&C President and CFO. Later, they became an Advanced Analytics Product Manager and currently holds the position of Digital Product Director. Prior to Kemper, Andrew worked at United Airlines as a Senior Analyst in Industrial Engineering Consulting, where they managed cross-divisional projects and performed statistical analyses. Andrew also held the role of Manager in Strategic Projects (HR), where they reshaped HR processes and developed an employee leadership development program. Before United Airlines, Andrew worked at Hormel Foods as an Industrial Engineer, focusing on improving process efficiency and managing labor costs. Andrew conducted root cause analysis investigations and led ergonomic training to enhance employee safety.

Andrew Rodriguez obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
