Lee Saffer

Lee Saffer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lee is currently working as the Director of Business Transformation at Kemper since May 2021. Before that, they worked at Accenture as a Consulting Manager from November 2015 to June 2020 and as a Management Consultant from September 2013 to November 2015. Prior to that, they held the role of Manager at WDScott from March 2012 to September 2013. Lee also worked at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant, Strategy and Transformation from May 2010 to December 2011, where they were responsible for re-engineering the risk capital reporting process and leading a team for reporting process transitions.
