Richard Slater

Richard Slater has had an extensive career in the insurance industry, with their most recent role being Vice President, Product Non-Standard Auto West at Kemper since 2017. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Mendota Insurance from 2013 to 2017, and as Vice President from 2007 to 2013. Richard also worked as VP, Product Manager at Travelers/Mendota Insurance from 1999 to 2007, and as Product Manager at GMAC Insurance from 1998 to 1999. Richard began their career at AIG, where they served as Director of Pricing and Compliance from 1987 to 1998.

Richard Slater earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
