Thai Hoa Do Nguyen has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 as a Freelancer at the Institute of Ethnology at the Humboldt University of Berlin. In 2008, Nguyen took on the roles of Academic Marketing and Recruiting Service at Bayer HealthCare. In 2010, Nguyen became the Human Resources Manager & CEO Assistant at Home24. From 2011 to 2016, Nguyen worked at Billpay GmbH, first as a Sales Manager, then as a Senior Human Resources Manager. During this same time, Nguyen also worked as a Business Coach Training at Job Concept. In 2016, Nguyen began working at PayPal as an HR Senior Advisor EMEA. In 2017, Nguyen became a Senior Human Resources Manager at Applift. Finally, in 2019, Nguyen began working at Amazon as an HR Business Partner. In 2022, Nguyen will become the Head of People Ops at Kenbi and the People Business Partner at Gorillas.
