David Larkin

Dave joined Kendal in 2022, bringing over 30 years of experience in senior housing, real estate, home-building, human resources, and the dispute resolution arenas. In his role as General Counsel, Dave is a critical senior management team member, providing guidance and leadership regarding various legal, human resources and real estate matters. Previously, Dave acted as President of Larkin Assist, where he worked with clients in the senior housing industry, together with nonprofit energy and technology providers. Dave’s expertise complements the team, further strengthening the Kendal System and better positioning the organization for growth.

Dave graduated from Lafayette College with a bachelor’s degree in economics, later earning his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School. He is active in the community, having served as President of the Haddonfield Educational Trust and the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
