Stephen G. Bailey

Stephen Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and development within the real estate and community-focused sectors. Since June 2012, Stephen has served as Senior Strategy Advisor at The Kendal Corporation, where responsibilities include supporting the expansion of corporate and affiliate communities, programs, and sustainability initiatives. Prior roles at Kendal include Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of New Business and Development, where leadership involved growth strategies and real estate planning. In addition, Stephen is a member of the Board of Directors for Kendal at Ventura - Enso Verde, contributing to the development of a Zen-Inspired Community in partnership with the San Francisco Zen Center. Prior to roles at Kendal, Stephen managed the East Coast office for DP Partners/Dermody Properties and directed real estate development services at High Associates LTD. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Michigan State University.
