Alexa Sayad

Alexa Sayad is an experienced pastry chef currently working at Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates since July 2021. Previous roles include serving as a pastry chef at Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa, where responsibilities encompassed managing the pastry department and menu creation, and as a Bakery Assistant Team Leader at Whole Foods Market, where operational oversight and product merchandising were key duties. Earlier positions include Store Lead Baker, Cake Lead at Wente Vineyards, and Lead Pastry Chef at Chaminade Resort & Spa, where Alexa honed skills in production, decoration, and cost control. Alexa holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Cabrillo College.
