Jason Carlson

Jason Carlson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jason is currently working at Kennametal as the Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, where they oversee the infrastructure and leads the advanced manufacturing engineering team. Prior to this, Jason held various positions at Kennametal, including Director of Program Management and Program Manager. In these roles, they managed project teams, developed capital and execution plans, and ensured project execution aligned with production and customer needs. Earlier in their career, Jason worked at Ductmate Industries, Inc. as the Manufacturing Manager, Lean Manufacturing Engineer, and Production Cost Accountant.

Jason Carlson earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from PennWest California, graduating in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Specialized Technology from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics in 2005. Additionally, they hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Robert Morris University and FAA Airframe & Powerplant from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
