Fabian van de Wetering

Fabian van de Wetering is an experienced attorney specializing in IT law, currently serving as an Advocaat IT at Kennedy Van der Laan since August 2021. Previous roles include Juridisch Assistent TMT/IP at Stibbe for a brief tenure in early 2021, and various positions at Picnic Technologies from March 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities spanned the Legal and People Teams. Additional experience includes a student internship at Bird & Bird in the TIME section, a legal internship at bunq focusing on compliance and intellectual property, as well as a position at Schaap Advocaten Notarissen in corporate law and project work at the ROOM B.V.
