Aaron Howell

Aaron Howell is the current VP of Finance at Kennesaw State University. Aaron was previously the Vice President for Administration and Finance at Averett University. In their role, they functioned as a strategic senior advisor to the President and provided leadership and support for the Business Affairs and Audit Committee and the Investment Committee of the Averett University Board of Trustees.

Aaron is known for their collaborative and transparent leadership style, as well as their commitment to customer service. Aaron has a proven track record in overseeing complex budgets and financial operations. Aaron is also experienced in managing endowments and debt financing.

Aaron Howell has a certificate in accountancy from Oregon State University, an MBA in business from Oregon State University, and a B.S. in finance from Oregon State University. Aaron is also certified by the State of Georgia as a Certified Public Accountant, by the Oregon Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant, by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasers as a Certified Public Purchasing Officer, and by the Institute for Supply Management as a Certified Purchasing Manager.
