David Cram

David serves as a managing director and leads the Business Services group providing operating support for Managed Services’ clients, including managing strategic partnerships, procurement, and sales operations. He also provides strategic direction and leadership for managed services delivery across multiple client portfolios in wide area network (WAN), data center (co-location services), and hosted litigation support (HLS). David has 15+ years of experience advising law firms on IT change efforts, process improvement and cost savings.

Previously, David built and led the firm’s IT strategic sourcing practice at Profit Recovery Partners. David holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University and an MBA in management from the University of Colorado.

David lives in southwest Colorado with his wife, daughter and chocolate lab. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching baseball, camping, hiking and international travel.
