Sandra Jim

Sandra Jim has accumulated a diverse range of work experience over the years. Most recently, they held the position of People and Culture Manager at Kenota Health since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a People and Culture Specialist at the same company from July 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Kenota Health, Sandra served as a Customer Service Specialist at Faire from December 2020 to June 2021. Sandra also worked at ApplyBoard, where they held the roles of Customer Experience Specialist from January 2020 to December 2020 and Academic Applications Coordinator from July 2018 to January 2020.

Earlier in their career, Sandra gained experience as a Residence Life Coordinator at Campus Living Centres from January 2017 to February 2018. Sandra also worked as a Senior Don at the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College from July 2016 to December 2016.

In addition, Sandra held various positions at the University of Toronto, including Host Recruiter - Career Exploration & Education (Contract) from September 2016 to October 2016, Residence Life Programming Assistant from May 2016 to August 2016, and Student Life Programming Assistant from September 2015 to April 2016. Sandra also worked as an International Programming Don at the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College from August 2015 to May 2016.

Before joining the University of Toronto, Sandra worked as a Residence Life Don at the University of Waterloo from April 2014 to April 2015. Sandra began their career as a ROMKids Programs Assistant at the Royal Ontario Museum from July 2012 to March 2014.

Sandra Jim earned a Bachelor's Degree in Honours BA with a major in History and minors in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Waterloo in 2011-2015. Later, they pursued a Master's of Education in Student Development and Student Services from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Sandra also obtained certifications including safeTALK Certification from LivingWorks Education in August 2015 and certifications in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and Emergency First Aid CPR/AED Level C.
