Claire Coustas has a strong background in risk management and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Claire currently serves as the Head of Group Risk at Kensington Mortgages, where they are responsible for implementing and improving the Enterprise Risk framework and leading a team of Risk Champions. Claire is also involved in strategic planning and external representation for the organization.
