Colleen Kiernan Campbell

Colleen Kiernan Campbell currently serves as the English Department Chair and English Teacher at Kent School since August 2022. Previously, Colleen held the positions of Dean of Students and English Teacher at Convent of the Sacred Heart from September 2018 to July 2021. Prior experience includes working as an English Teacher and Form Dean at St. Albans School from September 2012 to June 2018, and an English Teacher and Dorm Head at Kent School from September 2008 to June 2012. Colleen began their career in academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and English Instructor at Western Washington University from September 2006 to June 2008. Additional roles include Administrative Coordinator at The Collins Group from May 2005 to September 2006 and Senior Reader at Elizabeth Wales Literary Agency from January 2004 to May 2005. Colleen holds a Master’s degree in English from Western Washington University and has attended the University of St Andrews and Mount Holyoke College, with early education from The Peddie School.
