Maeve Armstrong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2016, they worked as a receptionist at the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association, where they handled administrative tasks and managed membership payments. Maeve then became a sales associate at Athleta in 2017, focusing on providing personalized customer service. Maeve also worked as a writer for Odyssey, where they shared personal experiences and advice on topics such as relationships and mental health. In 2018, they served as a digital marketing intern at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, creating educational videos for the Preflight class. Maeve was also the lead writer for the Sutton Blakely Diary, contributing to the blog's self-help and advice-oriented content. From 2019 to 2022, Maeve worked as a Vet Marketing Specialist at Avante Animal Health, and they are currently a Digital Content Specialist at the Kentucky Derby Festival. Additionally, they became a certified personal trainer in 2020 through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Maeve Armstrong attended the University of Kentucky from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Strategic Communication. In addition to their degree, Maeve has obtained several certifications. In November 2018, they completed the Real-time Advertising Fundamentals certification from Quantcast. In June 2020, they became a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Most recently, Maeve obtained the AFAA - G.E.A.R. Indoor Cycling Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in September 2021. Maeve also completed the Google Ads for Beginners certification through Coursera in the same month and year.
