Tina Cawley

Tina Cawley (Hong) is an accomplished benefits professional with extensive experience in global benefits management. Currently serving as Head of Global Benefits at both Kenvue and Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, Tina has held impactful roles at Kering as Director of Total Rewards and at Prudential Financial as VP of Employee Benefits, overseeing significant annual spend and liabilities across various benefit plans. Previously, Tina developed expertise at Aon Hewitt in multiple roles, including Benefits Delivery Manager, and contributed to advisory services at Towers Perrin. Tina holds a BA in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers University.
