Brian Simiyu

Brian Simiyu has a diverse range of experience in the field of electrical engineering, with a focus on HVDC power systems. Brian has worked at various organizations, including Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Equity Bank Limited, PZ Cussons, Philips Lighting, and Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited. Brian has expertise in operation, maintenance, and design of high voltage power transmission infrastructure, control and protection schemes, and implementation of occupational health and safety management systems. Brian has also been involved in research, internship programs, and leadership roles related to the electrical engineering industry.
