Tim Smith

Tim qualified in 1991 and has specialised in insurance litigation since qualification having been instructed by all major liability insurers throughout his period of qualification.

Tim has undertaken work for insurers in the fields of employers’ liability, public liability and disease litigation and has a specialist knowledge of catastrophic injuries with a particular interest in chronic pain issues.
