Amandeep Bhusley

Amandeep Bhusley began working as the Director at Kepler Academy Early Learning & Child Care in August 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the GRIT Team Lead and Child Care Supervisor at Bissell Centre from July 2018 to August 2019.

Amandeep Bhusley has a diverse education history in the field of early childhood education and nursing. They obtained a degree in Early Learning and Child Care from CDI College, where they focused on Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Additionally, Amandeep earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Guru Nanak Dev University. To further enhance their skills and knowledge, they also completed a program in General Nursing and Midwifery at Shaney Institute of Health Sciences, with a specialization in Pediatric Nursing.

In addition to their formal education, Amandeep Bhusley has actively pursued additional certifications and training. They obtained certifications in various areas, including Building Children's Brain from the City Centre Early Year Coalition, WHIMIS from the City of Edmonton, and Alberta Food Safety from Alberta Health Services. They also acquired certifications in Child Care Health and Safety and the Child Care Licensing eLearning Program from Alberta Health Services and the Government of Alberta, respectively. Furthermore, Amandeep completed training programs such as Taking Action to Stop Child Sexual Abuse with Little Warriors, ASQ with the Government of Alberta, and Conflict into Calm Workshop with Bissell Centre. They also participated in the IPA Triennial World Conference Canada organized by IPA Canada.

Additionally, Amandeep Bhusley acquired a Certificate of Learning from GRIT and completed training in Engaging Children's Interest facilitated by the Government of Alberta. They further expanded their skills and knowledge through a Personal and Professional Growth, Training, and Development program provided by Landmark. Lastly, they obtained a certification in Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from Breath for Life (First Aid Education) Inc.
