Charlie Hopkins

Charlie Hopkins has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and technology industries. Charlie currently serves as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Kepler Communications Inc. since July 2023. Previously, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Lilium from July 2021 to June 2023, where they played a role in developing and building an eVTOL jet for regional air mobility. Before that, Charlie was the Senior Principal Consultant - Space & SatComs at EVONA (formerly We Are Quattro) from November 2018 to March 2021. Charlie also worked at Modis UK as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Space Industry from March 2014 to October 2018. Prior to that, Charlie held the position of Senior Consultant - Professionals Division at Setsquare Recruitment, where they recruited technical and management staff in the construction industry from May 2011 to March 2014. Lastly, Charlie worked as an IT Support Analyst at Debenhams from August 2010 to May 2011, providing IT support to staff at their head office and stores nationwide.

Charlie Hopkins attended the University of Bristol from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in French and Spanish. Prior to university, they attended Taunton School from 1996 to 2008. In 2013, they achieved the certification of CertRP from the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP).
