Carl Ackermann

Carl Ackermann is the Director of Innovation at Kepner-Tregoe, where Carl leads the innovation practice focused on new breakthrough products. With extensive experience in IT operations and management, Carl has worked at companies such as NTT Ltd. and Dimension Data in various roles including KT Program Lead and KT Lead - Gauteng Services. Carl has also managed technical teams, implemented ITIL processes, and achieved significant growth in technical staff. Carl is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Western Governors University.
