Tzivia Masliansky

Tzivia Masliansky has over 18 years of work experience. Tzivia began their career in 2001 as a Corporate Litigation and General Litigation Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Tzivia then moved on to Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP in 2003 as a Securities Litigation Associate. In 2006, they joined MUCH SHELIST as a Litigation Associate. In 2012, they were hired as Senior Counsel - Litigation at Sears Holdings Corporation. In 2016, they became a Consultant at Lasky LLC. In 2017, they were hired as Corporate Litigation Counsel at Allstate. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Managing Director at Kerberos Capital Management, LLC.

Tzivia Masliansky received their J.D. with Honors from Chicago Kent College of Law between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they earned a BA with Distinction in English Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1995 and 1998.
