Dawn Spicer

Dawn Spicer, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the Americas at Kering since February 2022. With extensive experience in HR roles, Dawn previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Sales and Commercial Operations at Stryker and as a Human Resource Leader at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included talent management, employee relations, and leadership coaching. Earlier, Dawn held positions at Tyco International and ADT Security Services, focusing on strategic HR leadership and transformation initiatives across various sectors. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. John's University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from The New School.
