Yoni Glickman

Yoni Glickman is a seasoned professional in the Agri-FoodTech and business strategy sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at FoodSparks by PeakBridge since June 2020, where focus lies on investing in sustainable seed and early-stage start-ups across Europe and Israel. In addition to this role, Glickman holds various board positions, including Member of the Supervisory Board at Kern Tec and Member of the Board of Directors at both The Mediterranean Food Lab and Vanilla Vida. Extensive experience includes leadership as CEO/Owner of DreamTime Management Consulting, a focus on global B2B market strategies, and prior significant roles such as Chairman of the Board at Qualitas Health and President of Natural Solutions at International Flavors & Fragrances. Glickman earned a BA in Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
