Milin Patel

Milin Patel has a diverse work experience in software engineering and IT support. Milin currently holds the position of Lead Embedded Software Engineer at Kernel since 2019. Previously, they worked at Faraday Future as a Senior Software Engineer from February 2019 to July 2019, and as a Software Engineer from March 2017 to February 2019. Before that, Milin worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Software Engineer and Embedded Software Engineer. In this role, they developed diagnostics software for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF/F-35) Communications, Navigations, and Identifications (CNI) system. Milin also ported MATLAB code to C for use in JSF CNI diagnostics software. Milin's earlier work experience includes serving as an IT@CPP Student Assistant at Cal Poly Pomona, where they provided technical support to faculty, staff, and students. Milin also worked as a Web Content Analyst for the university's IT@CPP Web Development team.

Milin Patel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2011 to 2015. Milin then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering with a focus on Embedded Systems at UCLA from 2019 to 2021.
