John Augustine

John Augustine has over 25 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Their most recent position was as Senior Director of Analytical Sciences at Keros Therapeutics, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at AGC Biologics for 8 years, holding various roles including Director and Associate Director of Analytical and Formulation Development. Before AGC Biologics, they were the General Manager at Smithers Pharma Services and also served as the Research Director for Formulations. John started their career as a Principal Scientist at Wolfe Laboratories, Inc and later worked as a Staff Scientist at Formatech Inc. John Augustine began their professional journey as a Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

John Augustine obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1984 and 1987. John further pursued their education at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont, where they obtained their PhD in Biochemistry between 1991 and 1997.
