Yann Ricourt

Yann Ricourt has extensive experience in human resources, holding key leadership roles in prominent organizations. At Kerry Group, Yann served as Vice President HR and Corporate Human Resources Director from January 2013 until January 2025. Previously, Yann was the Head of Human Resources at O2 Ireland from September 2003 to January 2025 and worked as Human Resources Manager at Motorola Ireland from March 1997 to September 2003. Yann's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources from Paris School of Business and an AES degree in Human Resources from Université de Caen Normandie.
