Jaume Puigdengolas

Jaume Puigdengolas Rey is a Corporate Executive Chef at Kerten Hospitality since May 2018. Prior to this role, Jaume worked as a Head Chef Consultant at Monkey Club Marbella and as a Jefe de cocina at Restaurante Skina. Jaume is responsible for developing F&B concepts, overseeing F&B outlets, hosting workshops and masterclasses, and training kitchen teams. Jaume received their education from Escuela de Hosteleria Hofmann.
