Previously, Rakesh held the position of Executive Chef at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group from August 2013 to March 2017, where his expertise contributed to the operations of Radisson Blu Hotel in New Delhi. Rakesh's career also includes significant roles such as Culinary Head at Network Culinary and Executive Chef at Ramada Plaza, New Delhi. Rakesh has a solid educational background with a degree in Humanities from Delhi University and a diploma from the Institute of Hotel Management Delhi Pusa, complemented by an early education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
