Saiela Suri-Nanda

Saiela Suri-Nanda has a diverse and impressive work experience. Saiela currently holds the position of Director, Customer Experience (Lunchbox) at KEV Group starting from April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at TOOLBX as Vice President, Customer Operations & Experience from January 2023 to April 2023, and as Director, Customer Experience from April 2021 to January 2023.

Before TOOLBX, Saiela worked at Moneris as Leader, Customer Experience Programs from November 2017 to April 2021, and as Customer Insights Lead from June 2012 to October 2017. Saiela'scareer started at Sears Canada as a Senior Analyst from February 2011 to May 2012.

Prior to that, Saiela held roles at Market Probe as a Senior Research Analyst from September 2009 to February 2011 and at Market Probe Canada as a Research Analyst from September 2007 to August 2009. Saiela also gained experience as a Research Intern at RBC Royal Bank from May 2007 to July 2007.

Saiela Suri-Nanda completed their education in a chronological manner. Saiela pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Panjab University during the period from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they enrolled at Georgian College and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Market Research, which they completed between 2006 and 2007.
