Jennifer Sutton is the Chief Customer Officer at KEV Group. Jennifer has over 17 years of experience in customer success and marketing strategy. Prior to joining KEV Group, they were the Senior Director of Customer Success Marketing and Strategy at Oracle. In this role, they were responsible for designing and delivering a multi-channel customer self-help portfolio covering all customer lifecycle stages. Jennifer also built the Oracle Eloqua Customer Support knowledge base, rolled out Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) processes within Customer Support, and managed Eloqua’s support knowledge base integration with Oracle. In addition, they integrated Eloqua’s online community into the Customer Support strategy and implemented an automated customer nurture program to support proactive adoption.

Before their time at Oracle, Jennifer was the Director of Customer Enablement at Oracle-Eloqua. In this role, they managed strategic customer communications including social media messaging, event presentations, and marketing collateral. Prior to that, they were the Knowledge and Communications Manager at Research In Motion where they managed the documentation for Supply Chain Systems. Jennifer began their career as a Manager of Documentation at Critical Path.

Jennifer is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop comprehensive plans to achieve objectives. Jennifer is an excellent communicator and has a knack for building relationships with customers and stakeholders. Jennifer Sutton has a Master's in Language and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelor of Arts in Jennifer'story and English from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, and certifications from Columbia Business School Executive Education in Implementing Winning Strategies and Prosci in Organizational Change Management.
