Debbie Jordan

Debbie Jordan possesses extensive experience in customer service, training, and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Manager of Billing and Eligibility at Key Benefit Administrators, Inc. since June 2015, Debbie oversees billing and eligibility specialists while managing ACA reporting for self-funded clients. At Shutterfly Inc., since November 2012, Debbie supervises a team of 25-50 customer care representatives and trains outsourced agents in Jamaica. Previous roles include Sales Trainer at Connextions, where Debbie trained 250 Medicare Advantage Sales Agents per season, and various positions in quality claims administration at Domtar, Weyerhaeuser, and Willamette. Debbie holds a BA in Special Education from Winthrop University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from York Technical College.
