Adrianna Tatti has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Adrianna is currently working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Keyavi, where they focus on data security and protecting individuals from cyber criminals. Prior to this, they worked at Meta as a Sr Recruiter, supporting hiring across various engineering roles and leading diversity sourcing strategies. Adrianna also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Shure Incorporated, a market leader in audio equipment, and as a Corporate Recruiter at Trustwave, where they helped businesses fight cybercrime. Adrianna has experience in university recruiting at CNA Insurance and has worked as a Technical Recruiter at Forbes Technical Consulting and Swoon Group. Adrianna began their career as a Recruiter at NH Learning Solutions Corporation, specializing in talent recruitment for military veterans, and as an Account Executive at Exact Data, where they built custom email marketing campaigns.

Adrianna Tatti holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Wayne State University. In 2006 and 2007, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Conservatory Improv at The Second City. Later, in 2011 and 2012, they obtained another Certificate of Completion, this time in Musical Improv from Second City Chicago. Additionally, they have obtained the Entelo Basics Certified certification from Entelo in August 2019.
