Juan Adorno

Juan Adorno, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial services and business development. Currently serving as VP and Program Manager at KeyBank since September 2024, Juan focuses on increasing capital access and providing support to MBE Certified businesses. Prior to this role, Juan was a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at TruFund Financial Services, where efforts were directed towards expanding capital access in low-to-moderate income and minority markets. Juan has also contributed as an Expert Business Advisor for Columbia University's CU Grow Supplier Diversity Program, aiding businesses in strategy development for institutional contracts. As the Founder and Consultant of JPX Capital Consulting Group, Juan received accolades for efforts to improve access to capital in underserved markets. Previous positions include directing community strategy at Mascoma Bank, product strategy and development roles at Legg Mason, and initiatives supporting first-generation graduates with ALPFA, Inc. Juan holds an MBA from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business and a BBA in Finance & Investments from the Zicklin School of Business.
