Ngaio Halsey

Ngaio Halsey has extensive experience in quantitative research and trading in the finance industry. Ngaio is currently the Global Head of Quantitative Research at Keyrock since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Crédit Agricole CIB as the Lead Algorithmic Trader for Interest Rate Derivatives from January 2019 to January 2023. From June 2015 to December 2018, they were a Senior Quantitative Strategist at Tudor Investment Corporation. Ngaio also worked at Citadel, where they held two roles: Quantitative Strategist (Fixed Income) from June 2011 to June 2015, and Quantitative Developer (HFT, Option Market-Making, Execution Services) from January 2009 to June 2011.

Ngaio Halsey completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Quantitative & Computational Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the period between 2007 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Linguistics from the University of Washington from 2001 to 2005.
