Michael Rodriguez

Michael Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michael is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Keystone Advisors, a national FMO offering health insurance solutions and BPO services. In their role, Michael is responsible for managing operations, expanding agent base, and developing carrier relationships.

Prior to this, Michael served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Partnerships at JUNO, a SaaS-based human engagement platform. Michael was responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, marketing communications, and digital content.

Before JUNO, Michael worked at Convoso as the Head of Sales, Partnerships, Channel, & Business Development. Michael specialized in driving revenue growth for a SaaS B2B sales team and developed strategic plans, pricing models, and partnerships.

Michael also held the position of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at GD Good Snacks, where they led sales and marketing efforts for sustainable, organic snacks.

Earlier in their career, Michael was the President/CRO at Passion Sports + Entertainment, where they focused on sponsorship sales and marketing, brand activation, and athlete representation.

Michael also held various leadership positions at TPN, Intersport, The Marketing Arm, HelloWorld, and Yesmail, where they played key roles in business development, driving growth, and establishing multicultural businesses.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership, and business acumen, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Michael Rodriguez attended DePaul University from 1995 to 1998. Michael also attended Lake Forest College from 1993 to 1995. In 2010, they completed the Executive MBA/Omnicom Senior Management Program at Babson through Harvard Business School. Additionally, Michael attended Pomfret School and East Catholic, but the specific years of attendance are unknown.
