Brian Hermes

Brian Hermes serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Keystone Agency Partners since September 2021. As the owner of Brian L. Hermes & Associates, PLLC, a position held since January 2009, Brian brings extensive legal expertise to the field. Previously, Brian held the role of Vice President and General Counsel at Home Interiors & Gifts from January 2005 to March 2009 and worked as an attorney at Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP from 1998 to 2004. Brian’s educational background includes a law degree from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from St. Mary's University. Brian is also an alumnus of Antonian College Preparatory High School.
