Erin Osborn

Erin Osborn, MLHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational design. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits and HR Operations at Keystone Agency Partners since April 2022, Erin previously held multiple leadership roles at Bread Financial, including Director of Organizational Design & Effectiveness and Director of HR Business Partner, where responsibilities involved consulting on large-scale organizational initiatives and supporting human capital goals. Experience also includes significant roles at Rolls-Royce North America, managing learning and development solutions and collaborating on strategic HR activities, as well as positions at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Ohio Statewide Development Corporation, focusing on recruitment and finance for small businesses. Erin holds an MLHR in Labor and Human Resources and a BA in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
