Thom Rickert, CPCU, ARM, ARM(P)(E), ARC, ARe, is a seasoned insurance executive with extensive experience in underwriting, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Carrier Management at Keystone Agency Partners, Thom leads strategic relationships with carrier and wholesale trading partners while demonstrating the value of "Connected Autonomy." Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Allied Public Risk, where Thom directed MuniPlus® and FirePlus® underwriting organizations and fostered collaborative distribution relationships. With a background as Vice President at Argo Group, Associate Vice President at United Educators, and Senior Vice President at Willis, Thom has a proven track record of driving profitable growth and enhancing product offerings across various segments of the insurance industry. Educational background includes a BS in Philosophy and History from Trinity University.
