Kathryn Ledwell

Kathryn Ledwell serves as the Chief Development Officer at KFC Canada, part of Yum! Brands, since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kathryn was with McCain Foods from January 2022 to June 2023, acting as Chief of Staff for the Global Chief Growth & Strategy Officer and overseeing various verticals including M&A and marketing. Kathryn held a position in Strategy & Corporate Development at George Weston Limited between February 2020 and January 2022, focusing on corporate strategy and M&A. The experience also includes founding and operating early to mid-stage startups from 2016 to 2020, and working in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets specializing in European Consumer Products and Retail from 2014 to 2016. Kathryn's academic background includes a Bachelor of Music with a concentration in Neuroscience from The Johns Hopkins University and a graduate degree in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
