We want our customers to not only be Khoros experts, but champions of our brand. Our Product Education team is at the core of that strategy.

The Khoros Product Education team is seeking a Product Coach to help drive product adoption and usage through hands-on, 1:1 sessions and classroom-style, 1:many training sessions. The ideal candidate is a fast learner that can quickly build trust and confidence with individuals over the phone and web conferences. In this role, you will report to the Product Education Senior Manager and will be part of the broader Product organization.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Maintain expert level knowledge in Khoros product functionality and use cases to incorporate into our instructor-led training offerings.
  • Support our training programs by delivering up to 25 unique customer calls per week via hands-on, 1:1 workshops or 1:many, classroom-style virtual training sessions.
  • Develop, maintain, and iterate on training content in collaboration with members of the Product Education Team and various subject matter experts across the business.
  • Coordinate training program logistics, such as scheduling, email outreach, and data collection.
  • Report on the success metrics of each session to continuously improve learning experiences and expand our reach. 
  • Document feedback, key observations, and call results to share with Khoros customer account teams and others across the business. 
  • Represent the voice of our customers and continuously source feedback that will drive the development of the program forward.

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience delivering virtual training to a live customer audience
  • Experience presenting, instructing, and supporting customers in a remote learning environment
  • Able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced and increasingly global environment through flexibility and adaptability.
  • Creative self-starter; originates and drives continuous improvement
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Experience working in a high-growth, B2B SaaS company 
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral

Nice to have

  • Ideal candidates come into the role with an existing level of expertise in Khoros products 
  • Familiar with instructional best practices for a live audience (engagement strategies, checks for understanding)
  • Experience deploying education programs that drive user adoption
