Amal Issa

Amal Issa has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at QiCard starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the Tahseen Khayat Group from 2009 to 2023, starting as the Head of the HR Department and later taking on roles such as Talent Management Supervisor and HR Operation Manager. Amal also worked as an Assistant HR Manager at the International Investment Holding - Khayat Group from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Amal worked as an Instructional Designer - Freelance at UKSolutions in 2009 and as an Executive Assistant - Area Manager at Qatar Airways from 2007 to 2008.

Amal Issa's education history includes obtaining an Executive MBA from the Lebanese American University, from 2021 to 2023. In 2011, they received a Certificate of Appreciation - PHR in HR, also from the Lebanese American University. Additionally, in the same year, they studied Lebanese Labor Law at the Lebanese American University. Amal completed a course on Essentials of HRM from Morgan International in 2009. Amal Issa earned a BA degree in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut, from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Lebanese Baccalaureate in Sociology & Economics from the International School of Choueifat - SABIS, spanning from 1995 to 2002. Furthermore, Amal Issa is currently pursuing another Executive MBA from the Lebanese American University.
