Brian Asai

Brian Asai is an experienced Workday Lead at Kiavi, having joined the company in October 2017 when it was known as LendingHome, and has played a pivotal role in the deployment and configuration of Workday's HCM and Financials systems. With a strong background as an HRIS Administrator at REACH Air Medical Services, Brian has managed the Workday system for over 6,000 employees and has expertise in various HRIS platforms. Previous roles include positions at Oracle and Taleo, where Brian focused on sales operations and compensation administration, as well as considerable experience in HR management during tenure at CrossCheck and Peet's Coffee & Tea. Brian holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Sonoma State University.
