Paula Casarejos

Paula Casarejos has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and roles. Paula is currently the Chief People Officer at Kibernum Chile, where they focus on employee experience, cultural transformation, and employer branding. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at Grupo MAS Consultores. From 2018 to 2021, they took a break from full-time work to focus on motherhood and became a member of the Board at Red de Recursos Humanos Chile. Paula also organized HR initiatives during this time. Paula has also served as the Global HR Manager at Tiaxa, where they led a multicultural team and dealt with virtual working challenges. Paula has experience as an Executive & Life Coach at Coaching Chile and has worked at General Motors as a Global Talent & Development Expert and Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on talent management and organizational development. Paula has also held HR leadership roles at Gastronomia & Negócios and has worked as a Career Coach and Learning & Development Consultant at Learning Consulting in Canada. Paula began their career as an Organizational Development Consultant at DBM Chile and worked as a Soft Skills Trainer at Mahindra Satyam in India.

Paula Casarejos has a diverse education history. In 2002-2007, they obtained a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Diego Portales. In 2013-2014, they pursued a degree in Coaching, specializing as a Coach Ontológico from Newfield Network. In 2017, they completed a certification in Agent of Equality from the Ministry of Women and Gender Equity, Government of Chile. In 2018, they completed a diploma in Labor Inclusion from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Lastly, in 2020, they pursued Crisis Management studies at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Furthermore, they hold additional certifications such as HR Influencer Chile from GOintegro and is a certified Coach Ontológico from Newfield Network. Paula is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, certified by SHRM.
