Ryan Gleason

Ryan Gleason has a diverse work experience in the design industry. Ryan started their career in 2004 as a Design Manager at Mattel, Inc., where they worked for 10 years. In 2014, they joined Hasbro as a Senior Design Manager until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Ryan worked as a Senior Design Manager at Kimberly-Clark. Currently, since August 2019, they hold the position of Director of Visual Identity at KidKraft, Inc.

Ryan Gleason attended Pratt Institute from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design with a focus on Graphic Design & Illustration. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained additional certifications in "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" from LinkedIn in March 2023 and "Prioritizing Your Tasks" from LinkedIn in April 2022.
