Norman (Chip) Harbaugh, Jr. MD FAAP is an accomplished pediatrician and healthcare leader with extensive experience in pediatric care and medical practice management. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for The Children's Care Network since January 2013, Harbaugh has also been a physician and managing partner at Children's Medical Group, P.C. since June 1989, which has been a cornerstone of pediatric care in the Atlanta area since 1947. As the CEO and Founder of Kids Health First Pediatric Alliance, Harbaugh has played a significant role in shaping pediatric healthcare services, while also contributing to various organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatrics. Harbaugh founded and led Kids Time Pediatrics as Chief Medical Officer, focusing on after-hours care for children, and has held several leadership roles, including Chairman and CEO for 1ST Physicians Resource, LLC and 1ST Healthcare Payment Systems. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Biology and History from the University of Virginia and medical training at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University.
