Matthew Lafreniere

Matthew Lafreniere has a diverse work experience. Matthew started their career as an Intern at the Peace Corps in 2011. Matthew then worked as a Clubhouse Director and later as a Camp Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined FirstPic, Inc. as a Project Coordinator until 2018. During the same time, they also worked as a Camp Counselor and Group Head at Camp Taconic from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) as an Operations Associate and later progressed to roles such as Office Operations & Procurement Manager, Director of Administration & Procurement, and currently Acting Senior Director of Office Operations.

Matthew Lafreniere earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Applied Business Management from the same university from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Instructor for Stewards of Children from Darkness to Light.
