Ed Hallinan Rhodes has had a varied and extensive work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Strategy Director for KidsKnowBest. From 2010 to 2019, they were the Co-founder and a brass ensemble player for Riverside Brass Quintet, where they were responsible for managing the group's web-presence and creating and designing their website. From 2007 to 2019, they were a Freelance Musician and Educator, playing for a number of orchestras and shows, recording for various artists, and teaching trumpet, euphonium, and tuba. From 2019 to 2017, they worked at JUMP (Havas Media UK) as a Business Director (Content) and Account Director (Content). From 2017 to 2014, they were a Content Marketing Director at Havas Sports & Entertainment. At STEAK from 2014 to 2013, they were a Content & Outreach Lead and SEO Outreach Manager. At ZenithOptimedia Group I The ROI Agency from 2013 to 2012, they were a Content Manager and Content Strategist. At InterGreater from 2013 to 2012, they were a Web Marketer. Finally, at Grossnet from 2012 to 2012, they were a Web Marketing Intern.

Ed Hallinan Rhodes attended Bryanston School from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained A levels in Economics & Business, Maths, and History. Ed then attended the Royal College of Music from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a BMus(hons) in Music/performance. In 2013, they obtained a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google. In 2021, they obtained a Content Marketing University Certification from the Content Marketing Institute.
