Debra Workman

Debra Workman, LCSW, is an accomplished mental health professional with extensive experience in community-based mental health and behavioral health services. Since October 2010, Debra has served as the New York Manager of Community Services at KidsPeace, where responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision, program development, and maintaining compliance with State and Federal Medicaid requirements. Debra has progressed through various roles at KidsPeace, including Clinical Supervisor and Family Consultant, demonstrating expertise in case management, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Debra holds a Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from Pennsylvania State University.
