Kaoru McCullough

Kaoru McCullough is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in rail transit projects, currently serving as Senior Design Engineering Manager at Kiewit since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kaoru held the position of Principal Project Manager at Mott MacDonald from October 2015 to August 2023, and Senior Project Engineer at Michael Baker International from April 2014 to October 2015. With a solid foundation as Senior Rail Project Engineer at STV Incorporated from September 2008 to April 2014, Kaoru led significant projects including the Confederation Line in Ottawa and California High-Speed Rail alignment options. Kaoru began the engineering career as a Design Engineer at RBF Consulting from July 2005 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from UC Irvine and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
